Shipping & Returns

Production time

Your piece will be shipped out to you after production is complete. Production for most pieces takes seven business days, with the winged harnesses taking ten business days due to the detailed nature of the pieces. Production time may take longer during busy seasons, if your order is subject to this we will notify you by email.

Shipping Information

We ship domestically and internationally from our studio in New York City via USPS. Shipping costs are collected at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Your pieces are handmade to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive distinctly damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange if this happens.
